Milk Quality Ireland (MQI) is pleased to confirm that the next MQI Milking Machine Course will take place in March 2026.

This course is aimed at professionals involved in the installation, testing, servicing, and inspection of milking machines, and supports the continued promotion of high standards in milk quality, animal welfare, and dairy farm performance.

The course will provide up-to-date technical knowledge and practical guidance to ensure milking systems operate efficiently and in line with current industry best practice. It is suitable for milking machine technicians, advisors, inspectors, and other dairy industry professionals seeking to enhance their skills or maintain MQI standards.

The course dates are as follows:

Week 1: 18,19, 20 March

Week 2: 24, 25, 26, 27 March

The venue for the training will be Kildalton College, except for 24 March, where the training will be held in Teagasc Moorepark.

 

The cost of the training is €375 per person, which includes funding support from ICOS Skillnet.
